Dorcas has been working in small practice for over 30 years.
In that time she has developed strong relationships with her clients and uses her experience to provide advice and guidance on business and personal issues.

Married to Marvin for 25 years with two boys; one at university and one is a chef. In her spare time she enjoys spending time in her garden as well as socialising with family and friends, usually involving great food.
James Norman
Consultant
James runs a practice based in Burnham. His expertise comes from working with owner-managed enterprises for over 30 years.
In that time, he’s helped clients of all sizes, from start-up to established businesses with turnover in excess of £100m. He spends a lot of time developing strong client relationships, acting as a sounding board and adviser on general business issues and strategic tax matters.
Married with 5 children, in his limited spare time he loves to cook (and eat!) He’s also a keen cyclist.
